She helps women develop an online marketing strategy and improve their mindset so that they can increase their income and live a more joyful life! She specializes in money mindset which includes uncovering the sabotaging beliefs that are keeping you stuck and then uses techniques such as tapping and reframing to help you clear them.
During the episode we take you through practical questions that you can answer to start working through some of your worthiness and limiting beliefs around money, and we also give some tips on building your wealth. We also talked about how EFT can support your mindset shifts, and all sorts of goodness.
