Some coaching boundaries

  • You’re entitled up to one audio call per week lasting up to 60 mins, with no call during the final week of every month. If some weeks you don’t feel you need a call or the whole 60 minutes, that’s okay, although we will likely always use it up!
  • Calls are audio only, no video, via an app called Signal
  • Chat messaging support is available during business hours (mostly, but not constricted to), and Viola responds when she is in a space to do so, usually within 24-48 hours.
  • Calls can be rescheduled, however only if there are suitable times left within the week of booking – the more notice the better! Canceled calls will not carryover to the next week. 
  • Some weeks/calls during our coaching period are subject to cancellation due to sickness or holiday, however this is a rare and occurrence. 
  • There are no calls/Signal coaching during holidays and select times of the year.
